Akron Radiology, Inc. (“ARI”) is a private practice radiology group serving Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center, Neurology and Neuroscience Associates, and Western Reserve Hospital.  To obtain a copy of a patient’s medical records or images, the request must be submitted to the facility at which the service was provided.
